AP Chair David A. Ross hosts a roundtable on The Future of Biennials. Drawing from his experience as director of the Whitney Museum of American Art, David will lead a conversation about the challenges facing biennials today and in the future considering the issues raised by the 2017 and 2019 Whitney Biennials.

Faculty member, AP Director of Operations and Online Curriculum and member of CAA’s Services to Artists Committee Jacquelyn Lee Strycker co-chairs CAA’s annual ARTexchange featuring dynamic installations co-created with the public, including work by AP alum Christine Stiver. Jacquelyn also co-chairs the panel After School: Creating and Maintaining Community and Critical Discourse Outside of Academia, Nuts and Bolts of Making Space and Opportunities, Making Space: Creating DIY Exhibition Opportunities and S%@t Happens: Happy and Less Happy Accidents.
S%@t Happens will include a presentation by AP Alum Andrew Prieto and After School features fellow alum Quin Dukes.
AP Summer 2020 Artist in Residence Katya Grokhovsky will present in both Making Space and Women Artists under Patriarchy: Less Press, More Censorship, Less Space, Less Value, #MeToo.
