Nathan “Nayven Vignette” Vallette is an interdisciplinary artist with a focus on sound and computer programming as their primary materials. Drawing from personal traumas and past experiences, Nayven spends their life in a self-inflicted, manually instantiated pseudoschitzotypal psychosis. Using this state of being as a springboard, Nayven creates paradigm-breaking experiences that blur the lines between performance and installation. Through these experiences, they hope to promote social justice, political awareness, and philosophically critical introspection.
