Grace McCoy
Class of 2024
Grace McCoy (b. 1994) originally hails from Oklahoma. She earned her BFA in studio art from Northeastern State University after retiring from her career as a ballet dancer and is currently completing her MFA at the School of Visual Arts (SVA). Her work is exploring how society views and treats queer women, and the effects of religion on their experiences. She has been represented by Skid Row Gallery in Seattle, WA and has participated in many group shows across the country, as well as a solo show at FemmeX in Columbia, SC. As an educator, she integrates dance and visual arts, currently teaching at Coker University and Columbia Ballet School.
